This course is about specific issues surrounding work in and around the hub of a wind turbine. It is designed to give delegates the knowledge and practical skill required in order to extract a casualty using rescue equipment applicable to that issued by your employer for this purpose. Course is designed for those persons who need to work within the HUB section of a wind turbine and need to be skilled in casualty extraction form hub or nacelle.
Those attending training will need to be physically fit, able to work within confined spaces and heights and hold a current GWO working at height certificate.

Practical module using a range of access/egress/rescue equipment
Rescue exercises from all relevant areas (hub,nosecone,roof ect.)
Validity: Delegates will receive a training certificate valid for 2 years.
