The module is intended for all seafarers, regardless of their position, who have safety or environmental protection responsibilities on board the ship.

The course includes online learning at home or theoretical training at the Reval Training Center and a written test at the Reval Training Center.

 The course content corresponds to the International Maritime Organization IMO Model Course 1.21.

Accommodation: if you wish, we will arrange a hotel for you. Transport from the hotel to the training center is free of charge.

Instructions for logging in to the online training and a notification of the activation of the learning modules will be sent to you by e-mail after registration. You can complete the online training independently or in Reval. The training schedule will be sent to you by e-mail.

Upon completion of the course, a training certificate will be issued. To issue a certificate of proficiency, an application must be submitted to the Estonian Transport Agency bureau at Heli tn 6, Tallinn or through the Seafarers' Information System
