This course provides training on first aid at operator's level and is based on the provisions of table A-VI/4-1 of the STCW Code.
Course content in accordance to the Model course 1.14 and STCW 2010 Code A-VI/4-1.
Course participants will be competent to participate effectively in co-ordinated schemes for medical first ai assistance on ships at sea and to provide the injured with a satisfactory standard of medical first aid while they remain on board.
The course is open to seafarers to be designated to be in charge of medical first aid on board ships.

• Keeping of Records
• Medicines and Medical Equipment
• Surgical Equipment, Instruments and Supplies Requirements.
The course is also open to seafarers who have previously completed this Medical First Aid training and wish to comply with the recommendation in the IMO/ILO Document for Guidance, 1985 that a refresher course should be undertaken at intervals of approx. five years.
Course is approved by Estonian Transport Agency
The combined study course consists of online study at home or at Reval training center, practical training and passing a written test at Reval training centre. In the morning of the day indicated in the schedule, we will send you e-mail instructions for logging in to the virtual learning environment.
Training shedule: First two days digital delivery at home, on third day practical training starts at 09.00 in our training centre, following with written test.
