This course is primarily intended for shore-based personnel and for ship personnel responsible for the cargo handling of packaged dangerous, hazardous and harmful cargoes aboard ships. 

Course content in accordance to the STCW 2010 Code B-V/b B-V/c IMDG Code. 

This course is arranged as per STCW 2010 Manila Amendments, Chapter V and provides training for masters, officers and any person with immediate responsibility for cargo operations and care of cargo in transit. 

Those successfully completing the course should be able to take immediate responsibility for any cargo operation

Course is approved by Estonian Transport Agency
