This cour covers the training recommendations in annex 3 to the IMO Assembly resolution A.703(17) - Recommendation on Training of Radio Operators related to the Restricted Operator's Certificate (ROC). 

The course meets the relevant regulations of the STCW Code and the 2012 Radio Regulations of the International Telecommunication Union.

Course is approved by Estonian Transport Agency

The combined study course consists of 3 DAYS online study at home or at Reval training center, 2 DAYS simulator training and passing a written test at Reval training centre. In the morning of the day indicated in the schedule, we will send you e-mail instructions for logging in to the virtual learning environment. You may take you digital study at home, for simulator training and written test you have to arrive to Reval training centre.
