STCW CoC EXCHANGE TRAINING PACKAGE FOR UKRAINIAN NAVIGATION OFFICERS

Course/event Title: Training package for exchanging of existing Navigation officer STCW CoC to Estonian STCW CoC.

Reference to standard: STCW CONVENTION, EU and ESTONIAN NATIONAL LEGISLATION

To obtain Estonian CoC you need to have permit or right to live, refugee status or temporary protection in Estonia. With effect from 14.08.2022  Estonian STCW CoC is accessible also for those who have obtained Estonian e-residency Become an e-resident | Learn the Benefits & Apply.

We suggest to contact Maritime Administration email info@transpordiamet.ee and ask for guidance before you decide to proceed with certification. Also submit copies of all you maritime education diplomas as well CoC for checking and ask are you eligible to obtain Estonian STCW CoC, upgrade your CoC to higher CoC, or you shall obtain samal level CoC as you are holding now. If you are the holder of the master degree from maritime academy, you should be eligible to obtain CoC of unilimited CO or Master, with batchelor degree please check with Maritime Administration.
