STCW 2010 PERSONAL SEA SURVIVAL (COMBINED PRACTICAL TRAINING & DIGITAL DELIVERY)

Course/event Title: PROFICIENCY IN PERSONAL SEA SURVIVAL TECHNIQUES TRAINING COURSE

Reference to standard: STCW 1978 as amended 2010 Code A-VI/1-1. IMO Model course 1.19.

Course content in accordance to the IMO Model course 1.19 and STCW 2010 Code A-VI/1-1. Short presentations about theory are mixed with practical exercises in a realistic training environment with approved equipment.

All seafarers belonging to a ship’s crew with safety and pollution prevention duties, no matter why they are on board of the ship need basic safety training sea survival techniques training that covers the following topics:  Proficiency in Personal Survival Techniques (Tab. A-VI/ 1-1)

Approval: Course is approved by Estonian Maritime Administration

The combined study course consists of online study at home or at Reval training center, practical  training and passing a written test at Reval training centre. In the morning of the day indicated in the schedule, we will send you e-mail instructions for logging in to the virtual learning environment.

Accommodation: if you require so, we shall arrange hotel for you. Transfer to training centre and back to hotel is complimentary.
